Origin of products

All the products we offer have been manufactured in Poland, with the highest standards of quality and precision workmanship.

Payment

Payment methods

We offer payment on the basis of a pro-forma invoice sent via e-mail on business days up to 24 hours after placing the order.

We take care of the highest level of transaction security. Payments made by bank transfer. Bank details are given on the pro forma invoice sent after making the order. The bank account given on the document is registered in the register of VAT taxpayers (the possibility of verification on the website https://www.podatki.gov.pl/wykaz-podatnikow-vat-wyszukiwarka), which guarantees the security of the transaction.

We issue invoices in electronic form(e-invoices), which are sent to the e-mail address provided after payment is credited. This is a convenient, fast and ecological solution. If you need a VAT invoice, please provide the relevant data when placing the order.

Lead time / Order status

How long does it take to complete an order

Lead time is determined individually for each product and depends on its specifications and current production occupancy. Detailed information on the lead time is provided when placing an order.

You can check the status of your order in the “User Panel” tab on our website. If you have any doubts or additional questions, please contact us via the contact form.

Delivery

From where the shipment of products is carried out

Shipping is carried out directly from our warehouses located in the Podkarpackie region. In case of availability, products can be shipped directly from manufacturers’ warehouses or from the main warehouse.

Shipping costs are calculated after the order is placed. Shipping is carried out through third-party carriers, including courier companies and shipping transport – the choice of delivery method depends on the size of the order and the availability of carriers.

Each time we prepare an individual quote, which allows us to optimize costs and choose the safest form of transportation.

All standard shipping methods available in our online store apply to the territory of Poland. We also offer foreign shipments carried out by forwarding transport – in this case, the cost of transport is determined individually.

In the case of orders involving multiple products, it is possible to complete them in several deliveries, depending on the availability of goods. We will inform you about the shipping details individually.

Problems with the order

I have not received all the products what can I do?

If your order has arrived incomplete, we recommend that you take the following steps:

  1. Check the status of the order – log in to the User Panel and make sure that the order is not being processed in several deliveries.
  2. Verify the bill of lading – check that all products were shipped at the same time.
  3. Contact us – if an item is missing, use the contact form or write to us with your order number.

We will quickly verify the situation and help solve the problem.

If you have received a defective product, please follow the steps below:

1. checking the package on delivery
  • If the packaging is visibly damaged, such as torn, dented or bears signs of opening, report it to the carrier right away.
  • In such a situation, ask the courier to write a damage report – this is necessary for a claim.
2. if the product in the package is damaged
  • Take photos of the damaged goods and packaging.
  • Contact us via the contact form or email, stating your order number and describing the problem.
  • If the package was not damaged from the outside, and the product inside is defective, also send photos and a report.

Upon receipt, we will promptly handle the complaint and offer replacement, repair or other solution tailored to the situation.
