1. general provisions

  1. The online store is run by Elektron sp. z o.o. with its seat in Sulistrowa, at Sulistrowa 33, 38-462 Sulistrowa, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001022315, with NIP: 6842640074 and REGON: 36093912600000.

  2. The Regulations set out the rules for the use of the online store and the terms and conditions for the conclusion and performance of sales contracts.

2. placing orders and entering into a contract

  1. Orders are placed through the website.

  2. All products offered in the store are made to order.

  3. After the order is placed, the seller contacts the buyer to determine the cost of delivery.

  4. Delivery costs are determined individually, due to the non-standard dimensions of the products.

  5. The contract of sale is concluded when the seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing.

3 Payment and delivery

  1. Payment for the order is made after determining the cost of delivery on the basis of a pro forma invoice.

  2. The accepted form of payment is bank transfer.

  3. Delivery is made via courier companies or other carriers, depending on the size of the order.

  4. The lead time is determined individually with the buyer.

4 Complaints and returns

  1. Due to the individual nature of the orders, the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract under Article 38(3) of the Law on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827), which excludes the right to withdraw from the contract for products made on special order.

  2. In the case of defects in the goods, the buyer can file a complaint by e-mail to: kontakt@stalpoint.pl.

  3. The seller undertakes to process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

  4. The seller is not responsible for damage caused in transit. In case of damage, the buyer should draw up a damage report with the carrier.

5 Liability of seller and buyer

  1. The seller is liable only for physical and legal defects in the product resulting from his fault.

  2. The buyer is obliged to properly use the purchased products in accordance with their intended use.

  3. The seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper installation or use of the product.

  4. Any claim of liability of the seller is limited to the value of the ordered goods.

6. data protection

  1. The administrator of buyers’ personal data is Elektron Ltd.

  2. Personal data is processed only for the purpose of processing the order and in accordance with applicable laws.

  3. The buyer has the right to access his data, correct it and request its deletion.

  4. Detailed rules for the protection of personal data are set forth in the Privacy Policy available in the online store.

7 Final provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable legislation shall apply.

  2. Any disputes arising from the implementation of the sales contract will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the seller’s registered office.

  3. The seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Amendments shall come into effect within 7 days of their publication on the online store.

  4. The Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the store’s website.
