  • Pipe bending instead of Hamburg elbows – most of our metal bumpers are made from cold-bent pipes. This allows us to achieve perfect angles without the need for welding and grinding at the joints. The result? Better strength and aesthetics without visible machining marks.
  • Hot-dip galvanizing of black steel – our galvanized bumpers are not made from previously galvanized materials. Instead, we use black steel, which is hot-dip galvanized after full processing. This ensures that the protective layer covers the entire surface, including cutting, drilling and welding points.
  • Robotic welding – we weld standard models of bumpers on precision robotic stations. This guarantees dimensional repeatability, uniform weld quality and high aesthetics of the final product.
  • Modern CNC machinery – we have a fully equipped production department with numerically controlled machines. Thanks to the implemented procedures for parameter control, we achieve repeatable production quality even in large series.
  • Certified quality control department – our team of inspectors is VT and MT certified. In addition, our plant has implemented standards  ISO 9001, ISO 3834 and ISO 1090 (EXC3 performance class), which has been confirmed by an independent, accredited certification body.

Application of steel bumpers in industry and logistics

Steel bumpers are a key element of infrastructure protection in industrial plants, logistics centers and warehouse facilities.   • Polish manufacturing – we manufacture all steel bumpers and road barriers at our plant in Poland. This gives us control over every stage of production – from pipe cutting and bending, to robotic welding, to quality control and packaging.
  • Durable and certified materials – we use only approved black steel for production, which after processing goes to hot-dip galvanizing. We do not use prefabricated products that are already galvanized – so our products are also fully protected at cutting, welding and drilling points. Upon request, we also offer powder coating in the color of your choice.

We offer different dimensional variants, material thicknesses, types of installation (for screwing or for concreting), and the possibility of tailoring the structure to a specific application, such as at a loading ramp, a machine or in a traffic route.
  • Repeatable quality and timeliness – automated production stations, Panasonic and Universal Robots welding robots and our own powder paint shop allow us to maintain high repeatability and precision. Thanks to well-organized logistics, we fulfill orders within short deadlines, also for export to European Union countries.

Each product undergoes visual inspection (VT) and – in case of customer requirements – also magnetic particle testing (MT). We have full production documentation and material certificates, which allows us to serve investments in the construction, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
